• July 2022 - Assault style rifles - I own guns. I have a concealed carry permit. I keep a 9 mm by my bed and a 22 automatic in my truck. If someone knocks on my door after dark I have a gun in my hand when I answer. I don't think the framers of the Constitution had in mind assault style rifles or high capacity magazines. That being said, I think it's time to ban these.
  
• Fall 2017 - Me-Too Flu - Don't misunderstand, I'm glad Al Franken is gone from the Senate, but all this 10, 20, 30 year old 'sudden memories' and accusations
  
• June 24, 2016 - Obama is such an idiot. I wish he didn't think he had to continuously prove it!

  Mike Huckabee's closing comments:
  I will never apologize for defending America. Our military is NOT a social experiment.
  I will never apologize for rejecting judicial tyranny and protecting life. The Supreme Court is NOT the Supreme Being.
  I will never apologize for protecting Social Security and Medicare. The government should NEVER cheat and steal from America's seniors.

• June 16, 2015 - The media is debating what is proper name to call Bruce Jenner. Call him sad! Personally I will call Bruce 'it'.


• Jan 2, 2015 - California starts accepting applications for State Driver Licenses from illegal aliens. Once again, I just don't understand. What about 'illegal' isn't clear? If we know they're illegal, deport them! Enforce the law! I just don't understand!


• May 1, 2014 - Florida Senate voted Thursday in favor of letting students who live in the country illegally to qualify for in-state college tuition rates. What about 'illegal' isn't clear? If we know they're illegal, deport them! Enforce the law! I just don't understand!


• Apr. 29, 2014 - The owner of the Los Angeles Clippers, Don Sterling, was slapped with a lifetime ban by the commissioner of the National Basketball Association on Tuesday. I guess when we're concerned about 'political correctness', the 1st amendment, freedom of speech, goes out the window. It doesn't make any difference whether you agree with him or not, he has the right to say and think whatever he wants without reprisal!


• Feb. 28, 2014 - Obama gives stern warning to Russia, "if you invade Ukraine, there will be serious consequences". Mar 1, 2014 - Russia invades Ukraine. Obama shows his power and resolve by announcing now he might not go to the G8 meeting in Russia in June! That will scare Puttin. He will not make any further comments today, he's going to a fund-raiser and to play golf. I am so proud to have him as my president.


• Dec. 18,2013 - Obama once again embarrasses our country by butting in another country's business and announces the crew from Lesbos is leading the parade at the Winter Olympics.


• Dec. 5, 2013 - Fast food workers are striking today for a better wage. Two women interviewed in 2 major cities both had illegitimate children and were on Public Assistance, One is pregnant now and commented that on her present salary some weeks she had to skip her manicure appointment just to pay bus fare.
  • Take personal responsibility for your actions and live with the consequences.
  • Louisiana has the right idea, if you are on Public Assistance of any kind and have another kid, your money does NOT increase, ever!
  • If you want more money, find a better job.
  • Minimum wage jobs were are supposed to be starter jobs and not careers.

• We're screwed!

• Current President: There have been Presidents I haven't liked, there have been Presidents I didn't agree with their political agenda, but this is the first president (lower case on purpose) that I am embarrassed to have in that office. Every time he opens his mouth, I holler at the TV... Please just SHUT UP! He has embarrassed America in front of several foreign dignitaries, and now even the Queen of England. Come on!
  I like the comparison Mike Huckabee made on his July 30, 2012 show, of Obama to Elmer Fudd.
• Borders: Closed.
• Language: English only.
• Culture: Constitution, and the Bill of Rights!!!
• Drug Free: Make a drug screen mandatory for anyone on welfare and/or food stamps and random testing for ALL government workers including elected officials!
• Illegal Aliens: What part of 'illegal' don't you understand? NO freebies to non-Citizens!
• Foreign Aid: No Foreign Aid to those countries that aren't our allies, and a whole lot less $ to all the others. We are borrowing money from China to give to other countries. I know I say this a lot, but I just don't understand.

• The Bible is God's Word to us. It was written by human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the supreme source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. Because it is inspired by God, it is the truth without any mixture of error.
• As a true Southern Baptist, I affirm the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God as the basis for my beliefs. I subscribe to the doctrinal statement of the The Baptist Faith and Message as adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in March of 2000 and that serves as my Articles of Faith.
• There is no such thing as a 'liberal' Southern Baptist, just easily influenced, denominationally ignorant people.
• Worship Services -I personally like traditional worship services, hymnals and all.
  In September 2012, I heard Dr. Bailey Smith speak after Greater Vision finished a particularly powerful song. He said "I like songs with a message, songs with a beginning, a middle, and an end". He said "I don't like the new 'praise' music. I can't help but think when they sing, I love you Lord, I love you Lord, I love you Lord, I love you Lord, that the Heavenly Father is thinking, didn't you think I heard you the first time? Now sing a song with meat in it that will speak a message to that unsaved person sitting in the back!"
  I couldn't have said it better, but I can repeat it! I even asked his permission.
